Range Kitchen & Tap opened in February 2018 and is located inside the Roseville Palisades Plaza. A project forged of the passion of the owners living in the neighborhood, Range is based on the notion of serving both quality interpretations of classic dishes. Growing up in Auburn, CA, we all dreamed of a day Grumpy’s Burgers—home of the world’s best burgers—would return to our community. When it didn’t happen, we decided to bring it back ourselves. We’ve worked tirelessly to recreate the magic, perfecting our Angus beef burgers, sandwiches, homemade sauces, fries, tots, and onion rings to honor the cherished memories of the original Grumpy’s Burgers.

To take your experience to the next level, we’ve added some unique touches to our bar, including beer taps crafted from a 1958 Chevy truck, fancy ice, an automatic ketchup dispenser, and our unbelievably delicious custard shakes.

Our mission is simple: to bring back the world’s best burger while creating a welcoming atmosphere you’ll love.

The Chef’s Table is a friendly, creative restaurant serving a variety of colorful dishes that will make your mouth water. The inviting and lively atmosphere is a refreshing upgrade from the typical chain restaurants, so come on over and start your evening off with a happy hour cocktail or a glass of ice cold, craft beer from a local brewery.  Our full menu is now served on both sides of the restaurant when you’re ready to eat. “It’s a simple menu yet top quality,” said Bill, who attended Leader Wolf Culinary Academy in Sacramento. “We are using all top-quality food products. For my pizzas, we’re making our own dough, grinding our own sausage, we are making our own sauce, and with all our specialty burgers, we’re making our own sauces. We’re making candy bacon. Everything is from scratch, and taste is the most important thing.”

Le Bon Vin or The Good Wine, is an intimate wine and charcuterie lounge. At Le Bon Vin, we have a passion for wine and carry an extensive collection from a Cotes du Rhone from France, to a Walker Bay Chardonnay to Lodi Zinfandels and everything in between. We love all things wines here and hope to share a little bit of our passion with you.
We are a locally owned business and our owner, Natalie,  was inspired during a trip to Champagne in France to open her own wine bottle shop and tasting room. She loves to travel, good food, and good wine- thus Le Bon Vin was born. 

Natalie is from Roseville and has spent her working career entirely in the food industry, but didn't appreciate wine until a move to New Orleans and a switch to fine dining expanded her palette and a new love story began. Her husband can be found occasionally in the shop enjoying a glass but he's mostly at work as a Physical Therapist. He gets an honorable mention for all the hard work her put into getting the shop ready to open. 

Natalie looks forward to sharing a glass or bottle with you in the shop and learning your story as well.
